“Country Roads” live from the Lake Toya Ferry

My friend Lashan has the same day off as I do: Mondays. And lucky for us he has a car. So this past Monday, March 11, 2024 we made a plan to do something. He picked me up around 10am, and then we picked up his brother, and then the three of us drove down to Lake Toya. Lake Toya is a caldera lake formed by volcano 110,000 years ago and has a really cool feature: an island in the middle of it. As you know I like to bring my guitar with me everywhere I go, and this trip was no exception. We arrived to join the 2pm ferry, which happened to also have a lot of tourists in line also. So as we got on the ferry, I really wanted to make a video singing a song, and so Lashan and his brother helped me find a place to play some songs so I could record a video. Well, some of the tourists really got into it also. here’s more a behind the scenes look at the trip.
