Parktoberfest
Oktoberfest is a time where many people from around the world enjoy beer, fun, music, and dancing. Well here in downtown Las Vegas, a local pub has started Parktoberfest. (no it was not named after me, but that would have been awesome). Properly named by the venue Park on Fremont. This hip joint has a great atmosphere inside that instantly takes you away from the usual Las Vegas feel. It has an amazing "backyard" with even a hidden space with a see-saw. This year they decided to take over the usual parking lot with fake grass, local food trucks, beer tents, and of course a huge stage for live music. I was able to be on this stage enjoying a fun jam with some of my friends including Ben Carey and Bryce Soderberg from Lifehouse.
